Job Summary

The Construction Supervisor (Estimator) is responsible for estimating costs and materials for construction projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and supervising workers and projects. This is a permanent position that requires a valid driver's license, safety equipment, and experience with hand tools, nail guns, and grinding machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and prepare detailed estimates of materials and labor costs.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Activities: Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: Oversee daily operations, provide guidance and training to staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Source and procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for projects.
Requirements
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in construction or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Safety equipment (hard hat, steel-toed boots, etc.)
  • Experience with hand tools, nail guns, and grinding machines

Compensation and Benefits
