At Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Care Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong focus on patient care and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in the operating room environment
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs and develop individualized plans to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A current Ontario registration with the College of Nurses and completion of a post-graduate O.R. certificate are required for this position. In addition, a working knowledge of aseptic technique and the ability to make decisions and work under stress are essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
