Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a compelling marketing narrative around Babylonchain's vision, in collaboration with the CMO and strategy team.
- Manage the marketing budget, working closely with the strategy and operations teams.
- Plan and execute events that align with our business goals, including coordination of sponsorships, speaking engagements, public relations, and promotional materials.
- Partner with our Designer to create effective marketing materials for each event.
- Coordinate campaigns across marketing, BD, and developer teams to ensure project alignment with company goals.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy, working closely with our social media specialist.
- Use performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing efforts and guide decisions for optimizing campaigns and maximizing ROI.
- 4+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the Web3 industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to building and nurturing technical communities.
- Firm grasp of all aspects of Web3 marketing.
- Excellent understanding of go-to-market strategies for a blockchain project.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-growing early-stage marketing team.
