Head of Partnerships & Business Development (Ecosystem)

Career Renew is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partnerships and business development efforts in the web3 space.

This is a unique opportunity to join a cutting-edge protocol on the cusp of launch, straddling the worlds of web3 and digital payments. As Head of Partnerships & BD, you will be responsible for growing our product and partner ecosystem, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business development efforts to accelerate our roadmap.

You will work closely with our product, marketing, and leadership teams to recruit and support key partners, inform strategy, and drive growth. Your deep knowledge and enthusiasm for web3 and digital payments will be essential in navigating this rapidly evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow our product and partner ecosystem through protocol launch and beyond
  • Be a face of our protocol and product, and an expert on both, to partners and customers throughout the web3 space
  • Develop the foundational components of our business development capability, including team processes, tech stack, and goals
  • Build relationships with relevant prospects and stakeholders to drive business development pipeline conversions
  • Develop a strong pipeline of partnerships for our protocol, driving growth through user activity, volume, and product development
  • Ensure rapid expansion into new markets that align with product and business goals
Requirements:
  • Strong experience within the web3 space and high proficiency in business development
  • Experience in building and scaling business development functions from zero to one
  • Proven ability to grow product and partner ecosystems
  • Highly proficient with business development tech tools and other digital organizational tools
  • Successful experience as a tech startup operator in a business development leadership role with significant achievements
