Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Web3 API product development. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the creation of innovative solutions that will shape the future of blockchain technology.

Responsibilities
  • Drive product development for our Web3 API strategy, from discovery to launch
  • Align teams and stakeholders on a shared vision tied to our larger strategy
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and analysts
  • Facilitate user research to validate hypotheses and inform development
  • Stay ahead of user needs, product trends, and market dynamics
  • Define, measure, analyze user feedback, product growth, and business outcomes
  • Shape and develop your product roadmap; harden vision into strategy through discovery
  • Groom backlogs, plan sprints, conduct retros, and unblock your team
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of software product management experience, ideally including developers-facing products
  • Very strong technical background (some development experience is strongly preferred)
  • Strong passion and interest in Web3 and blockchain
  • Good technical understanding of how Ethereum and smart contracts work
  • Familiarity with processes (e.g. Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Notion, Figma, GitHub, MixPanel)
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • Data-driven, user-focused, and analytical
  • Methodical prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset; independently driven, constantly learning, and always improving
  • Team player, inclusive leader, open to feedback, and transparent with intentions
