Benefits and Pension Plan Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits and Pension Plan Officer to join our team at Tabor Village. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of our benefits and pension plans.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process payroll and benefits-related documents, including T4 statements and pension plan statements.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial data and records, including employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, answering questions and addressing concerns related to benefits and pension plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of benefits and pension plans with other HR initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws related to benefits and pension plans, ensuring compliance and making recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in benefits and pension administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in human resources software and Microsoft Excel.
