Benefits and Pension Plan Officer

Tabor Village is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits and Pension Plan Officer to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of our benefits and pension plans.
Key Responsibilities- Benefits Administration
- Prepare and distribute statements of earnings to employees, including gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits information.
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data related to benefits and pension plans.
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems and data entry.
- Pension Plan Administration
- Prepare and submit documentation for the administration of benefits, including pension plans, leaves, and employment insurance.
- Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
- Compile statistics and reports related to benefits and pension plans.
- HR Support
- Provide support to employees and management on benefits and pension-related matters.
- Assist with the development and implementation of benefits and pension policies.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration.
- Experience
- At least 7 months of experience in benefits and pension administration, or a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in human resources software and Microsoft Excel.
The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
