Tabor Village is seeking a highly skilled Benefits and Pension Plan Officer to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing our employee benefits and pension plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and administer employee benefits and pension plans, including dental, disability, health care, and vision care benefits.
  • Manage payroll and compensation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee benefits and pension plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing their benefits and pension-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of benefits and pension plans with other HR initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in benefits and pension administration, payroll, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in human resources software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.
