Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase your creativity and expertise, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, food preparation, and plating.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of cooks, ensuring excellent teamwork and communication.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation in all dishes served.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A deep understanding of menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • An up-to-date knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
