Visier, a leader in people analytics, is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Consultant II to join our growing Customer Experience team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with external customers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and gather requirements through effective communication and project management.
  • Translate complex implementation project information into clear, professional language for external customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met, applying technical leadership and expertise.
  • Leverage expertise in data-warehousing techniques, database management systems, and analytic solutions to drive successful implementations.
  • Craft innovative solutions to address customer business problems.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Solution Architects, and Implementation Managers to handle multiple projects simultaneously and achieve timely results.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary or additional professional education in a technical discipline, such as computer science, engineering, or data science.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of effective communication.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, including working with business intelligence, data visualization tools, and building reports or dashboards.
  • Experience with database management systems and data set integrations is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) techniques.
  • Proven experience as a lead consultant, ideally in SaaS implementations, with a strong ability to coach external clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple deliverables and stakeholders in parallel, with competing levels of priority.
  • Ability to work remotely and be a collaborative team player, building positive relationships with other team members.
  • Able to maintain accurate customer documentation and case management records.
What We Offer:

Visier offers a competitive base pay range of $74,000 - $102,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities. Compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills. Many positions are eligible for additional types of compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss during the interview process.
