Job Description

This role involves overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delegating work to office support staff, carrying out administrative activities, and co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

In addition, the candidate will assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The job requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a 40-hour workweek.
