About the Role

SE Health is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a community rehabilitation setting. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on healthy living and disease management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in community rehabilitation or acute rehabilitation settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
