Key Responsibilities:


• Welcome and engage with customers, setting clear expectations for their experience

• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Demonstrate expertise in optical acumen, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed

• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear to meet customer needs and standards

• Assist team members with complex product needs and prescriptions, providing solutions and support

• Utilize technology effectively, managing time pressure and customer volume while maintaining exceptional product knowledge and tool usage

• Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations

• Prioritize tasks, manage time, and multitask effectively, achieving exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies

• Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment, taking pride in our appearance and customer experience

• Report safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices, adhering to company policies and procedures

• Embody a resourceful, self-motivated attitude, with a desire for continuous learning, improvement, and results

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


• High School graduate or equivalent

• State licensure

• Optical dispensing experience

• Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and teamwork

• Knowledge of current store merchandise

• Basic math skills

• Awareness of current fashion trends

• Selling skills, including the ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet

• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technology and processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


• Previous customer service and retail experience
