The WORKS Craft Burgers & Beer is seeking an experienced and charismatic General Manager to lead our team. As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing staff to maintaining high standards of customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including stock control, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who has experience in restaurant management. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $55,000-$60,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits.
