Restaurant Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations and drive business growth at SASKATCHEWAN LTD.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent position, requiring 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a strong background in planning, organizing, and implementing operational procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered, conducting performance reviews, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Determine the scope of services to be offered, develop operational procedures, and implement quality control measures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, labor costs, and customer feedback, using data to inform decision-making and drive business improvement.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
