Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Advanced Learning Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to improve productivity and workflow.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
