Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Upper Crust Bakery Express Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and overseeing office administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
