Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at EgyCana Fast Food Enterprise Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • or equivalent experience
