About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RIBO sales broker to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Executive. As a key member of our Broker Sales Division, you will be responsible for exceeding sales standards and driving growth targets for our P&C clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with our existing book of business clients.
  • Provide front-line contact to assist clients with leads, quotes, underwriting, and policy creation.
  • Enhance loyalty and client engagement with our brokerage.
  • Assist with renewal reviews and negotiate with multiple markets to enhance broker loyalty and retention.
  • Liaise between clients and external insurance partners to ensure optimal retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities and foster leads through the sales cycle.
  • Provide guidance and support to all branches coast to coast.
Requirements
  • RIBO certification (preferred) or ability to obtain.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relations skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales and retention targets.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with BMS (EPIC, TAM, Applied Rating Services).
