Data Analyst

Job Summary

Programmed Insurance Brokers Inc. is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Finance Team in Elmira, Ontario. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data across all lines of business. You will work closely with operational teams to improve data availability and develop new data dashboards to support decision making.

Responsibilities

  1. Collect and analyze data from multiple administration systems.
  2. Develop and maintain data dashboards and visual aids.
  3. Collaborate with operational teams to improve data availability.
  4. Support the creation of templates and documentation.
  5. Handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, science, or related field.
  2. 2+ years' work experience preferably in a financial/insurance environment.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, with emphasis on strong Excel skills.
  4. Experience with data languages and data visualization.
