We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Dexterra. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of our facilities, including floors, washrooms, common areas, and entranceways.
  • Replenish supplies, including toilet paper, hand towels, and soap.
  • Dust office cubicles and clean and polish chrome and other polished metal surfaces.
  • Spot clean walls, partitions, light switches, and doors, as well as window sills.

Requirements:

  • Floor care experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of stripping and waxing floors is an asset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and the general public.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • WHIMIS certification is required (training can be provided).
