Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Damara Day Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage client records, and maintain accurate waitlists.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or front desk experience an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software.
