Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Damara Day Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and guest information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
