We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, client focus, dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, standing for long periods, and lifting heavy objects.
