Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Transportcity Service Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions, and customer preferences.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas, recipes, and presentation styles.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of menu planning, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
