Job Title: Janitorial Site Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Site Supervisor to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our site facilities to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of industrial janitors and floor professionals
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with general cleaning duties, including trash removal, dusting, and cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and offices
  • Perform floor maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors
  • Coach and train staff to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Ensure all health and safety processes are completed and compliant

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Floor care experience and ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • WHIMIS certification and IPAC training an asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the role
