Job Title: Janitorial Site Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Site Supervisor to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our site facilities to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of industrial janitors and floor professionals
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Assist with general cleaning, including trash removal, dusting, and cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and offices
- Assist with floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors
- Coach and train staff to ensure they meet the required standards
- Ensure all health and safety processes are completed and compliant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Floor care experience is required, including scrubbing, buffing, and polishing floors
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- WHIMIS certified and IPAC training an asset
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for 3 to 8 hours per shift
