Job Title: Janitorial Site Supervisor
About the Role:
The Janitorial Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of our site facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of Industrial Janitors and Floor Professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Industrial Janitors and Floor Professionals
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Assist with general cleaning, including trash removal, dusting, and cleaning restrooms and offices
- Manage floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors
- Coach and train staff to ensure they meet health and safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years residency in Canada for clearance purposes
- Floor care experience, including scrubbing, buffing, and polishing floors
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery
- WHIMIS certified and IPAC training an asset
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for 3 to 8 hours per shift
