Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Seven Seas Retail Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and managing cash.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
  • Manage cash and authorise payments
  • Organise and maintain inventory
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent work term
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
