Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Test Pilot Expert to join our team at Bell Flight. As a Test Pilot Expert, you will be responsible for conducting functional tests, evaluating, and accepting aircraft to ensure a high-quality product that meets our engineering and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional tests on aircraft to ensure compliance with military, FAA, and Transport Canada standards.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of aircraft systems, performance, and limitations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, quality control, manufacturing, and technical support, to ensure seamless integration and testing of aircraft.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, including military and civilian clients, on aircraft performance, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4500 hours of pilot-in-command experience in helicopters, including hours on Bell products.
  • CPL(H) or ATPL(H) with valid IFR group 4.
  • FAA or instructor license is an asset.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent knowledge of French and perfect knowledge of English.
