Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, Contracts Administration to join our team at K+S. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of contract administration processes and the ability to oversee complex projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement contracts administration strategies for large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee contract administration processes, including contract execution, payment management, and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement and project management teams, to ensure seamless contract administration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and contractors, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Administer and monitor complex project contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • 7+ years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on large-scale construction projects.
  • Relevant designations, such as CCCA or SCMP, are considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
