We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Marketing to join our team at Ross Video. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with product management teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies that maximize marketing ROI and drive sales growth.
- Oversee the development and execution of sales collateral, training materials, and competitive intelligence that align with our product marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across communication channels and maximize overall marketing impact.
- Establish and maintain a symbiotic relationship between product management and product marketing to drive modernization and standardization.
- Lead and manage a team of product marketing managers to ensure successful go-to-market execution and drive business results.
- 10 years of experience in a product marketing role, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Familiarity with Pragmatic and/or other product marketing frameworks.
- Office environment (hybrid / work from home acceptable).
- Valid passport and willingness to travel to tradeshows and events, as required.
