Product Marketing Director

Ross Video is seeking a highly skilled Director of Product Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing group, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with product management teams to create high-impact sales collateral, training materials, and competitive intelligence tailored to multiple regions and verticals.
- Map product messaging to content strategies that mirror the sales process, ensuring consistency across communication channels and maximizing overall marketing ROI.
- Establish and maintain a symbiotic relationship between product management and product marketing, ensuring modernization and standardization are embraced, and change-management is factored in for long-term company success.
- Oversee the success of the product marketing team, establishing appropriate team size and skill-set as the company continues to grow.
- 10 years of experience in a product marketing role, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Familiarity with Pragmatic and/or other product marketing frameworks.
- Office environment (hybrid/work from home acceptable).
- Valid passport and willingness to travel to tradeshows and events, as required.
