Job Title: Director, Product Marketing

Ross Video is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Product Marketing to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product management teams to create high-impact sales collateral, training materials, and competitive intelligence tailored to multiple regions and verticals.
  • Map product messaging to content strategies that mirror the sales process.
  • Establish and maintain a symbiotic relationship between product management and product marketing, ensuring modernization and standardization are embraced.
  • Oversee the success of the product marketing team and establish appropriate team size and skill-set as the company continues to grow.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in a product marketing role, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Pragmatic and/or other product marketing frameworks.
  • Office environment (hybrid / work from home acceptable).
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel to tradeshows and events, as required.
