- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working with the sales team to develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that they are delivered safely and within budget.
- Quality Management: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, implementing quality management systems and procedures as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in program management, with a minimum of 4 years of leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines to manage.
- Professional Registration: Registration or ability to obtain professional registration with a provisional Engineering Association.
- Experience: Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Skills: Strong technical skills in one of the practice areas of water/wastewater or municipal/industrial infrastructure, developed within a professional services environment. Excellent client care and service delivery skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Experience working with geographically dispersed project teams, with a focus on delivering projects successfully.
