Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at CITY FURNITURE (DC) LTD. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, including sales associates, design team members, and other support staff.
- Sales and Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and ensure efficient store operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
