Retail Store Manager

DC VAPES INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to sales team members to ensure seamless store operations.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet business objectives.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
The Retail Store Supervisor will supervise a team of 3-4 sales workers.

Work Environment:The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
