Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at Dawson Creek Husky. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including managing sales staff, coordinating inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Manage inventory levels and maintain a well-organized store environment
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to achieve business objectives
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
