Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Bothwell-Accurate Co. Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  • Identify and investigate compliance issues
  • Motivate staff and plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Train staff and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Monitor financial control systems and manage contracts
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data and the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management and lead groups
  • Perform human resources related duties and manage cash
  • Conduct variance analysis and keep financial records
  • Oversee payroll administration

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
