Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers.
About the RoleAs a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating a positive and inclusive atmosphere in our stores. You will work closely with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service, promote our products, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively engage with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and programs to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all interactions.
- Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
