Job Title: Seasonal Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers.

About the Role

As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating a positive and inclusive atmosphere in our stores. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, and that our stores are always well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and use this knowledge to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives, and to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that our stores are always well-organized and visually appealing, and that our products are displayed in a way that is easy for customers to navigate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, and support the growth and development of your colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
