About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Full Cycle Sales Representative to join our team at Buchanan Technologies. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our presence in the IT services market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various direct and indirect methods, including calling, face-to-face meetings, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our IT services and solutions, as well as their strategic business value.
  • Cross-sell our services to existing clients and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with operations and executive teams to pursue sales leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all communication and activities in our CRM tool.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a full cycle sales executive in IT, preferably in a multi-department organization.
  • Diploma or degree in Business or Information Technology (nice to have).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
