We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our retail team at the Outlet Collection Winnipeg location. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, assess customer needs, and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Sales and Merchandising: Welcome customers to the store, answer their questions, and actively seek out customers in store to drive sales.
- Inventory and Cash Handling: Comply with inventory control procedures, handle returns of merchandise, and support with cash handling and inventory duties.
- Teamwork and Communication: Act as a brand ambassador for our products, act as a team member to achieve sales targets and goals, and support with corporate gifting.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role.
- Skills: Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles, track record of achieving sales targets, and hands-on experience with POS transactions.
- Education: High school diploma.
- Personal Qualities: Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus, ability to perform under pressure, and availability to work flexible shifts.
