The Role: Key Holder

As a Key Holder at PENN., you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within our vibrant retail environment. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations and fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our valued customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, styling advice, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Drive sales growth by showcasing your knowledge of current fashion trends and promoting relevant products to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked according to company standards.
  • Contribute to efficient store operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management tasks.
