Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive network security policies and procedures.
  2. Lead and manage a team of network security professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  3. Oversee the design, implementation, and management of network security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
  4. Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all network and IT projects.
  6. Stay abreast of the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions, continuously enhancing the organization's security posture.
Required Skills:
  1. Extensive experience in network security, including hands-on experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM solutions.
  2. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing security team.
  3. Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex security challenges.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Compensation:

$85 per hour
