About the Role:

The Director will lead a small, high-impact team and contribute to the overall success of the Canadian Banking Finance team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives.
  • Leading all matters related to treasury, including distribution of product funds transfer pricing (FTP) rates from treasury to the business lines.
  • Acting as an advocate for Tangerine to ensure accurate value is being ascribed to all assets and deposits.
  • Providing relevant financial updates to Tangerine and Scotiabank senior executives and the Tangerine Board of Directors.
  • Assisting in developing front-end data visualization tools and dashboards to support the Tangerine Executive Leadership Team's ability to understand financial results and make critical business decisions.
About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a background in Treasury, Product, Economics, or Finance roles. Relevant experience in leading complex projects, process improvement initiatives, and/or technology roadmaps is essential. You should have a strong track record of interacting with senior executives and a deep understanding of financial institutions.
