About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team at Maritime Travel Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our travel products to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide travel information and advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and products to effectively recommend suitable options to clients.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize sales techniques and marketing strategies to promote our travel products and services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage cancellations, schedule changes, and other administrative tasks related to client travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field.
  • Language: English.
