About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Maritime Travel Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our travel products to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide travel information and advice to clients, including destination recommendations, transportation options, and accommodation choices.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, products, and services, and use this knowledge to make informed recommendations to clients.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize sales techniques and marketing strategies to promote our travel products and services to clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage cancellations and schedule changes, make reservations using our computerized system, and provide clients with travel documents and information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
