Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and products.
- Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage mail and packages.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, maintain records, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings, and ensure timely follow-up with clients and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required. Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
