- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting.
- Strong knowledge of the Northern markets, including key client sectors and regulatory processes.
- Effective leadership and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with local Indigenous governments and communities is an asset.
- Valid driver's license.
